This dude is a so called chef, his knives are dull and the one was rusted. Anyone who is a chef, their knives are there "bread and butter". You keep them sharp and looking good, plain and simple. They do look delicious, and I will try the recipe, but I think you need to add some actual chillies into the mix, one tablespoon of Tabasco sauce to make 12 pastries? Nah man. Get some real peppers in there too.
