You should always have fresh roasted beans (for all coffee) where you can stll see the oil on the bean (and never heat the water for COLD brew)…in this instance there is also a better way to make steeped – super fresh – cold brew…don't stop being a great chef and food artist !!

Cold brew has to steep in the water for several hours to infuse the flavor. This is just a room temp pour-over lol beautiful visuals tho!
