Maybe you need to do a hard cooked egg video using all of the methods (boiled – cold start vs hot water start, steamed, baked, etc). I like steamed for 15 minutes then ice water bath.
Thank you so much for this video!! So many other vegan content makers try to capitalize off viewers by charging for content like this. I get that this may be what they do for a living, but capitalizing off viewers counteracts all their efforts to push people to go plant based by gatekeeping access to resources. Not everyone can afford some $45 e-book. Not everyone can afford to buy prepackaged vegan or vegetarian meals. Videos like this will no doubt be tools for lower income families trying to eat healthier on a budget. Thank you
I started to watch your older videos and subscribed. I was trying to learn how to do the natural bacteria thingy by fermentation and came across your videos. Because crap, you can't trust a pill or powder out there. I'm an artist and I've not been to healthy. So I'm just going into fermentation like another art form. You made it look like fun anyway, thanks for that. I look forward to watching more.
My salad today – spinach, tomatoes, steamed green beans, cous cous and green lentils, fried halloumi, red wine vinegar and olive oil dressing – so good 🙂
Nice video. I worked the "Garde manger" station of a nice restaurant and used most of the same principles. As you showed, it's important to dress the salad immediately before serving so the greens don't wilt. No one likes a soggy(and sad) salad 😉

Really nailed the cooking show vibe on this one. Good examples, good flow, and engaging cinematography. Great job man.
Whoa, new kitchen? What happen to your other kitchen?

I appreciate that you always have the most practical of techniques so us normies can also make delicious food.
Canola oil is horrible for your health.
Brilliant work once again, love your show!
I made a salad for my family using the cashew dressing. They all said, ‘this is the best salad I’ve ever had in my life.’
It's still salad
I don't like salad shops. I'm not a salad guy, I have no idea how to make a good salad, so why are they asking me?
Salads are my jam.
I cant make stuff with miso paste as it always tastes way too salty.
Healthier options ARE exciting. I don’t understand how it’s hard to make a good salad…
