This pie is busting with caramelised root veg, rich gravy and fluffy mash. We're going to make thesesoft woody herbs crispy and snappy. We can ramp up the root vegby coating them in that lovely flavoured oil. Just a little pinch of cumin seeds. Give a savouriness. Kick off your mash by boiling1.2 kilos of potatoes.

Now, an epic gravy. That's going to really give it flavour and make incredible gravy. Just use a fork to let it rain. Random chunks of spuds. You wait,, this is going to be good. Look at that. Gorgeous, come on!
