Oh my idol make bread from my Country:))
I love banh mi and pork belly is so classic for it. Will definitely have to try this one out!
1:15 You say to cover it but put it in uncovered?
The reupload to correct the title, gotta be real quick to know that 😉
Nice receipe, too bad the skin isn't that "puffed up" 🙁
Oh yeah. Do you love me? 😍💋 💝💖❤️
you forgot the pate!! :'(
3:10 Oh yeah! Cleaver don't lie.
That looks delicious. You are the man . You can my friend. Happy Holidays.god bless. ✌🏾🦋💐🌈🎄⭐️🙏🏾👏🏾🌹👼🏽😇
You forgot the Patte…. I just mention it because it's one of my fav flavors that makes it taske like a Banh Mi
I'm completely being biased as a Vietnamese person, but banh mi is my favorite kind of sandwich EVER. I love how simple your recipe is and I just know my friends and family will appreciate it when I get the chance to try it out. Thanks, Byron!
This is making me crave a nice Banh Mi sandwich… I haven't had one in a couple years!
I love the char siu they use in vietnamese banh mi, maybe you can post a recipe just for the char siu separate ?
YES! Love Bahn Mi. I love this Vietnamese style sandwich. The pickled veggies, cilantro definitely helps elevate this for me. Choice of meats vary but patte is my favorite. Pork is also my 2nd favorite. That homemade mayo is a nice touch!! Good job Byron! You can choose whatever meat you want – I've tried it with roast beef, duck, turkey, , chicken fish, straight up veggie style. The world's your oyster folks.
woow Eating Delicious I like look everyday ❤️️❤️️
Well the most important element is the sauce and the pate. Without them the taste will very bored to be honest!!!
Omg one of my favorite foods. I'm driving tomorrow to the city so I can get some. I hope there open.
You forgot to remove some interior of the bread , you can stuff it with so much more filling that way 😅
Missing the patte
If you don't care much about calories add some hoison sauce along with the mayo. Hoison almost has like a barbecue sauce taste but slightly sweeter
Vietnamese pate is different from American pate. It's my favorite part of the sandwich, aside from the pickled carrot and daikon and cilantro. An added bonus is garlic butter. But the butter has to be translucent and more yellow than traditional American butter…yumm
That banh mi looks delicious! Thanks for another great recipe. 😊👍
Bolillo rolls are the best!
Come down to Little Saigon!!
You always make some bomb looking food!!
see the bolillo and think: aaa perro una torta de puerco
Not every bánh mì needs pate. In Vietnam, there’re hundreds types of bánh mì so dont try to be an expert by saying “u forgot the pate”. I just had a bánh mì with egg, beef jerky, picked radish and mayonnaise yesterday.
